What is the starting price for the Yerevan 5D package?

Starting at ₹90,600 per person on twin-sharing (Deluxe tier, land only — all-inclusive of GST). Standard tier from ₹61,600; Premium tier from ₹135,700. Full package with flights from ₹90,600.

When is the best time to book this trip?

Recommended window: Apr–Oct. Book 30-60 days ahead for best hotel and flight rates; peak-season trips (festivals, New Year) often fill up earlier. Outside the recommended window the trip still operates but weather and inclusions can vary.

Are flights included?

Return economy flights from your selected Indian metro are included in all tiers.

Will you handle the visa for Armenia?

Yes. Visa type: VOA. We handle the application end-to-end — you provide the documents (we send a checklist), we submit and track. Visa fee and processing are included in the package.

Can I customise the itinerary?

Yes — every element is customisable. Common changes: hotel category up/down, adding/removing cities, extending by 1-2 days, switching group to private. WhatsApp us your changes; revised quote in 24 hours.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 30+ days out: 60% refund. Cancel 15-30 days out: 25% refund. Cancel within 15 days or no-show: no refund. Air tickets, visa fees and third-party non-refundables are 100% non-refundable from issuance. Refunds processed in 15-30 working days.

25% on booking, 50% at 30 days before travel, 25% at 15 days before. UPI, NEFT and bank transfer have no extra charge. Cards have 2.5% gateway. International cards (Visa/MasterCard) accepted with applicable forex markup.

Is this trip suitable for solo / family / large group?

Yes to all. Solo: single-occupancy supplement applies (~35% above twin-share). Family: child rates apply (free under 5, 50% age 5-11, full above 12). Group of 6+: ask for group rates — usually 10-15% better than published price.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

Your trip captain is on WhatsApp 24×7 with authority to fix problems — reroute transfers, change hotels on overbooking, coordinate doctor visits, manage flight delays.

Why book with TripFolks vs Wanderon, MMT or other operators?

TripFolks works directly with TBO, MMT Partner and Riya as a B2B travel operator — real net rates, transparent margins, no aggregator markup. Every hotel is pre-inspected by our team, and the trip captain is a real human on WhatsApp 24×7.
